Is it possible to do Street Photography "well" any way other than alone? A trip to London...
A trip to London with @frockvintage gives me the opportunity to try Lucky colour 200 iso and black-and-white 100 iso film for the first time. We shoot street photos in Notting Hill and the West End, visit the Photo London Fair...and I try a "special" pork pie. I consider the pros and cons of shooting street work alone or in a couple/group. It's easy to start "seeing" what everyone else sees, and getting in each other's way...but companionship is important. I also consider whether a street photo "counts" if you ask permission first. I have my Canon RT with a 17-40mm lens, and Lucy has a Nikon FG-20 with a 35-70mm lens. We only have a couple of hours and 72 frames...can we get any worthwhile shots? And what do we make of the Photo London Fair...worth the trip down south? #35mmfilm #analoguephotography #streetphotography #filmphotography #improveyourphotography
