This is a 30 minute morning yoga practice to feel your best for your day ahead. Rise & stretch out through your shoulders, spine, side body and hips. This practice includes both passive and flowing stretches in a creative, slow moving vinyasa sequence. Each practice in the Rise and Stretch yoga series encourages you to move mindfully with a steady attention to your breath. For practice, please have a folded blanket.
