ABANDONED AND UNFINISHED STRANGE GREEN HOTEL 4K UHD

This strange building began to be built in 1998 and in 2000, construction stopped and was never resumed / completed (apparently the work was never considered legal). It is said that the construction was shrouded in illegality. Its construction was never officially completed as it was unable to have its project signed and was abandoned, being subsequently occupied by needy people, and is currently uninhabited. They say that one of the pillars of the base is, based on an eucalyptus stump! Inside there are a lot of things to finish and obviously the building was never inhabited or used for any purpose. Some people say that going up to the tower of the building (which is accessed by a metal spiral staircase) through the orientation of the two pyramids at the top it would be possible to see the sea. I went up, and confirmed that this is a myth, it is not possible to see the sea (but it has an interesting view to it). On the outside, the building is different, perhaps because it is a strange construction, it is almost a mess that, as strange as it is, has become interesting and its color has worn out over time, it has also become a very interesting texture.
