What is dignified menstruation and why should we care? In her talk, Caren tells us how she fights for a country that honors menstrual dignity and honors all women and people who menstruate. At just 26 years old, @caren_castroa has dedicated more than a decade to feminist activism and philanthropy. Her work in Baja California includes the ratification of the Menstrual Reform, the first citizen initiative to become law in the state. Recognized with the Baja California Youth Award in 2020 and 2023, she was also part of the initial team for the first Diversity Department in Tecate and for the reform against street harassment in the city.
