The Southern Baptist Convention (SBC) recently approved a proposed constitutional amendment banning women from serving as pastors. The SBC claims its position is biblical, but is it really? And is the ban truly about adhering to Scripture or exerting power and control? On this premiere episode of the Restore Report, a podcast to restore what’s broken, co-hosts Lance Ford and Julie Roys explore this important and timely issue with author and New Testament scholar, Scot McKnight.
