The considerable trunk volume of 300 liters rounds off the practical appearance of the new Citroën C3. Thanks to the “Mirror Link” application, the functions of the smartphone can be used on the vehicle's touchscreen. The function is compatible with Apple CarPlay ™ and Android Auto. For safety reasons, only the driving functions are active while driving. The networked, high-resolution full HD camera ConnectedCAM Citroën ® has a wide angle of 120 degrees, a resolution of two million pixels, a GPS function and an internal memory of 16 GB. With a single click, the driver can photograph his field of vision or film it for up to 20 seconds. He can share special moments on social networks using the free ConnectedCAM Citroën ® app or keep them for himself as a memento. In the event of an impact, the camera's recording function is automatically activated. It then saves the video with a length of one minute and 30 seconds (30 seconds before / one minute after). The new Citroën C3 has a striking, unmistakable design. The bold front section, reminiscent of the EXPERIENCE concept car, has been fitted with new LED headlights. New 16- and 17-inch alloy wheels and the new Airbump ® ensure a robust appearance. In keeping with the brand's signature “Inspired By You”, the new Citroën C3 has even more personalization options. A total of 97 different exterior variants are available, as well as the new exterior paintwork "Elixir Red" and "Spring Blue", a new color package and the new interior ambience "Techwood" and "Emeraude". The new Advanced Comfort seats, the armrests for the driver and the superior driving comfort of the new Citroën C3 benefit the well-being of the passengers. Useful and user-friendly technologies make everyday life on board easier: among other things, the new Citroën C3 is equipped with a front parking aid as well as the networked services "Connect Box", "Connect Nav" and "Mirror Link". There are also twelve assistance systems that increase comfort and safety on board, including the keyless entry and start system, hill descent aid, Active Safety Brake, recognition of traffic signs and the high beam assistant. The new front section of the Citroën C3 marks a further stage in the design development of the Citroën model range. The striking styling is reminiscent of the CXPERIENCE concept car, which was presented at the 2016 Paris Motor Show. The high bonnet and the chrome-plated double angle that extends to the LED daytime running lights (depending on the version) underline the width of the vehicle.
