Dino Soldo Tárogató Session

Dino Soldo documented live in a session that features the Tárogató with a modern musical setting. It's rare to find this instrument played in a non-Hungarian style. The music was written for a film documentary in Germany. You can also see Dino play the Tárogató in Leonard Cohen's Tour, along with other instruments. Leonard introduces him as the "Master of Breath". His Tárogató can also be heard taking most of the solos in his new Album , "the Hotel Suites". Note: Joe Zawinul makes a reference to his soloing synth sample in his documentary, saying it was taken from the Tárogató, and he says it's like a "wooden-soprano sax". I can see why; I hear an English Horn too. It's pretty haunting.
