Qualifying cross country in an Ikarus C42 - solo flight of 120 miles, 3 hours and 3 airports
The weather finally came good this spring and I managed to get up for my qualifying solo cross country flight in G-TROW, an Ikarus C42. A round trip from Gloucester to Wellesbourne, then to Shobdon, and finally back to Gloucester. 120 miles and a little under 3 hours flying time. What a blast!
