Today, we begin our series of historic fly Tyers with streamer legend Kelly Galloup tying his favorite flies from his historic book Cripples and Spinnersthe segments for many years before Kelly moved to Montana. Kelly's original fly shop was in Michigan, where he cut his teeth on some of the best flyfishing water in the Midwest. he learned a lot about insect hatches and concentrated on adults.
