Ross is known for his work across Rugby League and BBC Bitesize, having worked as a Producer and Presenter in the telievision industry for over a decade. From starting out as a Runner at the BBC, Ross moved into sports broadcasting back in 2019 and began reporting for the Super League Show on BBC One & Two, before fronting regular coverage of Championship and Challenge Cup Rugby League on Permier Sports and Viaplay. In 2022, Ross fulfilled a dream by covering the Rugby League World Cup across the BBC, but had to contend with a melanoma diagnosis at the same time. However, nearly three years on from his stage 3 recurrence, Ross continues his work in the television industry both on and off screen, whilst also raising awareness of his melanoma diagnosis.
