FULL TESTIMONY: Officer Chris Bagley testifies as witness during Tyler Robinson preliminary hearing

The final day of the preliminary hearing for the man accused of killing Charlie Kirk began on Friday morning, with arguments over media coverage and DNA analysis. Tyler Robinson, the man accused of killing political activist Charlie Kirk, appeared in court for the hearing as prosecutors worked to prove probable cause. Multiple investigators and experts testified on the stand throughout the five-day hearing, discussing DNA evidence, interviews with Robinson's romantic partner and ballistic reports. The court adjourned on Friday and will return on Sept. 1 for Judge Tony Graf's ruling on whether the state presented enough evidence for the case to go to trial.
