Motorcycle Engine Install on 1979 Honda CBX
With the Honda CBX Cafe Racer engine and frame freshly painted, it’s finally time for one of the most satisfying moments of the build - putting them back together. In this video, I walk through installing the engine back into the frame, dealing with the real-world challenges that come with a freshly finished chassis, tight clearances, and a heavy inline-six. This is where the project starts to feel like a motorcycle again. If you’re building a cafe racer, restomod, or tackling a full teardown and rebuild, this step is a big milestone — and a nerve-wracking one. One step closer to firing it up. 🔧🏍️
