After the rebuild, it’s finally time for the big moment - the first start of my 1979 Honda CBX. In this video, I finish up a few last-minute details like filling the engine with oil and adjusting the exhaust before hitting the starter for the first time since the rebuild. It’s always a little nerve-wracking bringing a fresh build to life, but there’s nothing quite like hearing that inline-six wake up again. Months of work leading up to this moment.
