In the final month of my professional tennis career, I hit a wall that no amount of training could fix. At 33, I was losing to kids half my age, crying in parking lots, and feeling the game I loved slip through my fingers. It wasn't just about losing matches; it was the weight of burnout, grief, and the terrifying uncertainty of "what's next."
