"A special Guest," R707 joins Steamrail's Eureka Express back to Newport!

Today we see a rare and unexpected movement as 707 Operations’ R707 appears on Steamrail Victoria’s Eureka Express service, returning to Newport. A locomotive that previously experienced issues on a 707 Operations grain tour has now been seen again in a very different setting. Seeing R707 back out on the mainline again during a Steamrail-operated service is a very interesting and unexpected sight. I usually spot trains: steam trains, freight trains, suburban trains, and regional trains, all around Australia, and sometimes in other countries.
