We visited the poinsettia fields that color the entire region in December, met farmers who dedicate their lives to this flower, and discovered hidden gems that few show. We also visited a master mezcal maker who shared his artisanal, ancestral, and deeply familial process with us. His passion made me reflect on the value of work done with hands and soul.
