VCS Vintage VW Restoration shop daily update, Episode 739, the '67 Beetle chassis is back- & amazing
Pretty big day in the shop! The owners of the '54 Barndoor and I took it for one last drive before sending it back to Hawaii. We were not able to get it transported to the airport terminal today, so it will go tomorrow (Saturday). The white '64 Beetle that got a new motor and rebuilt/re-geared transmission left today. I connected the gauge cluster on Big Blue today and tested most of its electrical. The chassis finally came back from its restoration today for the '67 Beetle and I started some preliminary work on it.
