Nuclear Deal With Saudi Draws Scrutiny

Carnegie Endowment Vice President Corey Hinderstein says a US civil nuclear agreement with Saudi Arabia could strengthen a long-term strategic partnership but also raises difficult nonproliferation questions, particularly over uranium enrichment and the precedent it could set for other countries.
