Bloomberg energy and commodities reporter Stephen Stapczynski says renewed Houthi attacks in the Red Sea are threatening a key alternative route for Persian Gulf oil exports, raising concerns about shipping, refining and fuel supplies even as some tankers continue transiting the region.
