Parkinson’s Move & Shout Class | Range of Motion, Midline Crossing & Gait Training

This session features three targeted movement patterns designed to support key areas of daily function: Range of Motion & Tremor Control – Large, intentional movements to release stiffness and improve control. Crossing the Midline – Coordination drills to strengthen communication between the left and right sides of the body. Gait Training – Rhythm, pacing, and stride-focused exercises to support confident walking. Move & Shout classes combine voice activation with full-body movement to help improve mobility, coordination, confidence, and overall quality of life for people living with Parkinson’s. Go at your own pace and use your voice throughout the routine! ❗DISCLAIMER❗ Exercises performed in this video will be done at your own risk.
