just DON'T do it (DON'T USE HEADPHONES OMG)

FR DON'T USE HEADPHONES because i am extremely sorry but the sound quality is absolute garbage since i didn't know my computer was using camera sound instead of actual microphone. Yes, I could have rerecorded all of this but I hate repeating things, especially when I don't follow a text and just speak freely (regrettably my videos sounds like gibberish). I don't follow a text because I would sound like a robot and i can do nothing about it, that's just the way i am. I am fully aware that I have no power and presence on the internet to say what to do or not do but still at least speaking about these things is important too since people tend to avoid uncomfortable situations. Also, quite a few ideas in the video is not well defined at all and might be absolutely stupid that is why i would like to notice the fact that you should NEVER follow what some rando says online or even offline. What IS important is to have your own personal ideas and understanding. Yes you can be affected by what others say but not forgetting your won way of thinking is important, too. i would absolutely love to talk with other people about these difficult topics in a dialogue instead of monologue but it is what it is.
