Despite adherence to evidence based protocols, septic shock frequently evolves in ways that defy expectations. This expert-led presentation is designed for experienced critical care clinicians seeking deeper insight into how shock pathophysiology, perfusion, and vasopressor responsiveness change as patients progress beyond routine management.
