Here is the 2nd part of my look at Carters Steam fair, when it came to Southend On Sea. In this film we see Carters, as day drifts into night, and the whole funfair comes alive, with the sights, and sounds that you only get with type of attraction. We see the Steam Gallopers, the sideshows, the only working pair of Steam Yaughts in the world, and of course, the famous Wall Of Death, with its daring riders, and feats of danger.
