Setting a crane up to use two winches during a pick - Why does a crane have two hooks
In this video, we are setting the crane up to use both winches for a pick. We used both winches in order to stand a piece up that was shipped in horizontally. This is commonly referred to as "tailing" the piece with the auxiliary winch.
