Fluffiger Kaiserschmarrn (flambiert) – Kochen im Tal
Today we're refining our Kaiserschmarrn by flambéing it. The whipped egg whites give the batter a particularly fluffy texture. Our junior chef, Stephan Schnieder, will show you how it's done. Enjoy!
