Cinema Paradiso (1988) is a nostalgic Italian drama about a famous filmmaker, Salvatore, looking back on his childhood in a small Sicilian village. The story centers on his deep friendship with Alfredo, the projectionist at the local "Cinema Paradiso" theatre, who mentors him, fosters his love for movies. He leaves home to pursue his dreams, and fall in love. I was able to capture Sicily & love.
