15 Minute Mini Band Glute and Leg Workout | At Home Burnout | No Repeats
All you need is a mat and a mini band for this 17 minute glute focused high rep workout. There are 17 exercises. Each exercise will be performed for 60 seconds. Once you hear the "ding", we've changed exercises. This quick workout is continuous, so there are no built in breaks, but if you need one, of course, please take one! Make sure you find the right resistance for you, if needed, swap out the band mid workout.
