One of my favorite ways to clean out the fridge is by making a delicious homemade quiche. It’s simple, comforting, budget-friendly, and every quiche turns out a little different depending on what you have on hand. Today I’m sharing my easy “use what you’ve got” quiche recipe that you can customize with your favorite leftovers. I hope this inspires you to waste less food and create something your whole family will love! 🥧 Easy Base Quiche Recipe Ingredients 1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust 6 large eggs 1 cup milk (or half-and-half for a richer quiche) 1½–2 cups shredded cheese 2–3 cups cooked leftovers (potatoes, onions, broccoli, spinach, ham, bacon, sausage, chicken, mushrooms, peppers, etc.) ½ teaspoon salt ¼ teaspoon black pepper Optional: garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, fresh herbs Directions 1. Preheat oven to 350°F (190°C). 2. Spread your cooked leftovers evenly into the pie crust. 3. Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the top. 4. Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and any seasonings. 5. Pour the egg mixture over the filling. 6. Bake for 40–50 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is lightly golden. 7.
