Today we will focus on a simple yet effective breathwork and meditation exercise for seniors. Chair yoga incorporates so much more than just "physical movement" and in this video, we explore some of the other healing modalities of yoga. Learning to work with your breath is an incredibly empowering tool, which has many scientific benefits including; balancing blood pressure, stronger respiratory function, the release of stress hormones and so much more. We follow up our short introduction to breathwork with a grounding meditation for stress relief and presence.
