DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT – REDBUD RIDGE REINVESTMENT HOUSING INCENTIVE DISTRICT (RHID) Consider approval of the Development Agreement between the City of Augusta and Ten Oak Investments, LLC for the Redbud Ridge Reinvestment Housing Incentive District and authorize the Mayor to execute the agreement on behalf of the City. a) Staff Report b) Council Motion / Vote 2. PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT – SAFE STREETS AND ROADS FOR ALL (SS4A) ACTION PLAN Consider approval of a Professional Services Agreement with JEO Consulting Group, Inc. for preparation of the Safe Streets and Roads for All (SS4A) Action Plan in an amount not to exceed $200,000 and authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement. a) Staff Report b) Council Motion / Vote 3. PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH JEO – VOLTAGE CONVERSION Consider approval of a Professional Services Agreement with JEO Consulting Group, Inc. for engineering design, bidding, and construction administration services for the South Augusta Low Voltage System Conversion Project in an amount not to exceed $77,000. a) Staff Report b) Council Motion / Vote 4. TEMPORARY ALCOHOL PERMIT – WFO GUYS CAR SHOW Consider approval of a temporary alcohol permit for WFO Guys Car Show pursuant to regulations of the Common Consumption Area in downtown Augusta. a) Staff Report b) Council Motion / Vote H.
