Today is a very special day - it’s my husband Sergey’s birthday! 🎂❤️ For his first-ever visit to Mang Inasal, he chose to celebrate with one of the most loved Filipino restaurants. Misha, Kostya, and I had told him so many times how incredibly delicious the food is, and today he finally experienced it for himself! We traveled by bao-bao from Samal Island to Davao City on the neighboring island of Mindanao, because there isn’t a Mang Inasal on Samal yet. And we went all out! 🤩 We ordered almost everything we wanted to try: 🍢 Pork Barbecue 🍗 Chicken Inasal 🍚 Rice with Chicken Oil 🐟 Bangus Sisig 🍜 Palabok 🥢 Lumpia 🍧 Halo-Halo Every single dish was unbelievably delicious—juicy, smoky, rich in flavor, and truly unforgettable.
