Ingredients for 8 Hojarasca cakes (18-20 cm): 500 g all-purpose flour 100 g softened butter (I used unsalted butter, but use whatever you have on hand) 100 ml water 1 tbsp liqueur (I used cognac) 5 egg yolks Swiss Meringue: 5 egg whites 300 g sugar 1 tsp vanilla extract Bake at 200°C (390°F) for 7-10 minutes per cake.
