HOW TO MAKE LOLLIPOPS OUT OF MERINGUE | Acorn Bakes

New Videos every Friday! (and if we're lucky... Tuesdays too :D) As it was requested here is a video showing you how I make lollipops out of meringue. Just as a disclaimer; this isn't a totally original idea. I got this idea from Georgia of 'Georgia's Cakes', at the time she didn't put out a recipe for it so this is just how I figured out how to make them. The quantities I use to make meringue are 50g of caster sugar per egg white. Bake the lollipops at 90 degrees celcius for 1 hour then 100 degrees for 30 minutes then leave to cool completely.
