I advise you to watch the video until the end, because the images of the waterfall are really impressive with a little bonus gift… training over time, elevation, please consult the description of my Youtube or Visorando page The beginning of the hike is quite steep for 45 minutes, and requires a little practice and good shoes. You can see the magnificent castle of Duingt surrounded by Lake Annecy We took a variant by cutting through the fairy bridge. The "Fairy Bridge" spans the torrent called the Nant. It has its source in the Tournette massif which separates Lake Annecy from the Aravis range. The Nant flows into Lake Annecy near the village of Angon. Take out your cameras, here is one of the most beautiful point of view of the hike Here is the bonus, we had the chance to attend a canyoning descent, it was really impressive ------------------- Do you know the Angon waterfall in Haute Savoie? #Cascadedangon #Lacdannecy #Hautesavoie #Talloires ------------------- Description of the hike The path is very well marked, just follow the signs that are placed at each intersection. On leaving Talloires, take the road to the left which goes into Angon; just after a bridge, there is a small parking lot on the left. (S/A) The path begins just to the left of the car park (on the Talloires side) and begins with an asphalt road for about ten meters. When you come out of the woods, you arrive in a meadow which you just have to cross straight ahead (going up), to pass to the left of a house then arrive on a small road. (1) Turn left and continue on the road for about 300m (direction Cascade d'Angon). Then take the carriageway that goes to the left. Just after entering the forest, leave the main path (which goes directly towards the waterfall) and turn right (direction Vérel), on a small path that crosses the meadow straight then ends up joining the small road that crosses Vérel. (2) When the road joins the main road to La Forclaz, take the path to the left (direction Cascade d'Angon). Continue straight at the next intersection then left at the next one to go to the waterfall. (3) Retrace your steps to the previous intersection and continue left to go down to Angon. Arrived at Angon, turn left to return to the car park (D/A). -------------- 00:00 Quick introduction to the report of the Angon waterfall located in Talloires 00:50 Beginning of the hike in Angon 01:05 Hike with views of Lake Annecy and the Château de Duingt by drone and on foot. 03:35 The fairy bridge with the Nant river 05:34 Waterfall 05:45 Angon Waterfall 06:09 Angon waterfall with a bonus Canyoning team
