Cessna C208 Caravan - emergency landing at Keflavik, Iceland

This video shows an emergency descent into Keflavik after an engine fire indication CAS message. All other engine indications appeared normal. After a thorough inspection by a maintenance engineer it was revealed that it was a false alarm and the aircraft was cleared. Declaring an emergency is the best way to get priority handling. A fire is one of the most severe possible emergencies in flight. The Caravan has a glide radio of 1:14, so a huge distance could be covered out of flight level 180 (18,000ft). ATC did a fantastic job accommodating and supporting me. I was reluctant to upload this video, but the aircraft operator actually encouraged me to do so as a learning tool. Please be soft on me if not all actions were "textbook". I was quite tensed. Important in these situations: stay calm and FLY THE AIRCRAFT. And seek all the help from ATC you can get.
