First-Ever Cuphead TAS in 23:39 (Any% 1.1+) (Flashing Lights warning)

It's finally here! I have been fantasizing about Cuphead TAS for quite a long time, and I am happy to finally be able to deliver a completed, full-game TAS. This TAS was made possible by libTAS. It makes use of the unofficial Linux build (ported by DemoJameson using the MacOS version as a base), with an additional mod to the code responsible to load new scenes to make sure libTAS can intercept those calls and make loads instant and sync-proof. It also uses mods to guarantee a bunch of luck elements on bosses, and guarantee triple-damage Lobber EXs. There's so much randomness in this game that this felt like the only way to complete this TAS in a reasonable amount of time. On that topic, this TAS was quite a lot of work. I estimate about 200 hours went into it, over the course of a little over a month. This is for the Any% 1.1+ category, which has cemented itself as Cuphead's most popular category over recent years. It bans version Legacy 1.0 and its iconic Weapon Swap Glitch while keeping most other glitches fair game. This results in a run where each boss is a significant challenge and has to generally be approached close to the intended ways, while still being very technical and offering a bunch of cool tricks.
