This drive starts at Wangan Makuhari Parking Area in Chiba, crosses the Rainbow Bridge in Tokyo, continues through the Shuto Expressway C1 Inner Loop, and heads toward Bijogi Junction on the Tokyo Gaikan Expressway in Saitama.
