I hope you like casseroles as much as I do. ★ Working time: approx. 25 min ★ Difficulty level: easy ★ Calories: 150 kcal ingredients We need the following ingredients for broccoli casserole with potatoes 350g broccoli 200g cheese (young Gouda or Kashkawal) 1 kg of potatoes 500ml milk 2 tablespoons of flour spices (salt, pepper, dill and herbs of Provence) some flakes of butter Hints: ★ Oven temperature: 200 C ° ★ Baking time: 30 to 40 minutes ★ Oven mode: top / bottom heat - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - 👩🍳 Preparation: broccoli casserole with potatoes 1. First we peel and cut about 1 kg of potatoes. We cut the potatoes very thinly into slices. So that I don't have to pre-cook them. 2. And we spread our sauce over the potatoes. At this point I add my dried dill, herbs from Provence and salt. 5. We now add the cheese over the herbs. 6. Layers you can as you like. I now place the potato slices on top of the cheese and our sauce on top again. 7. At this point it is seasoned again. I add some dill and herbs from Provence on top. 8. Put the cheese on top of the spices and put the remaining potato slices on top of the cheese. 9. Put our sauce on the potato slices again. 10. Season again and again with herbs or other spices. 11. Now we put the broccoli on top (I use frozen ones) and distribute it in the baking dish. 12. Now we put the rest of the sauce on the broccoli and the rest of the cheese comes on top. 13. If you want you can put butter flakes on top. Gives a nice taste. 14. In the oven for approx. 30 to 40 minutes at 200 C ° with top / bottom heat. 15.
