Cass Scenic Railroad: Parade of Steam June 19th 2021

On June 19th, 2021 the Cass Scenic Railroad in conjunction with the Durbin & Greenbrier Valley Railroad operated their 2nd Annual Parade of Steam at the Cass depot. Admission was free and the parking lot was packed to witness 5 operating geared steam locomotives strut their stuff. Shays 2, 4, 5, 11, and newly restored Moore Keppel & Co Climax #9 were the stars of the show. Special thanks goes to Walter Scriptunas II for running a fantastic event!
