Keith Titanium vs AeroPress | Co chutná lépe?

Dnes jsem se vydal do lesa otestovat další z „ptačích“ káv od BirdSong Coffee – India Gundikhan. ☕🌲🪶 Chuťový profil nabízí mandarinkový kompot, černý čaj a hřebíček. Káva je promytě zpracovaná a určená primárně na filtr. Indie jako původ kávy bývá často trochu opomíjená, ale právě tahle káva si podle mě své místo rozhodně zaslouží. Je výborná a má opravdu zajímavý charakter. Tentokrát jsem se rozhodl pro malý experiment. Stejná káva, stejné množství vody, stejná teplota i stejný poměr… a přesto dvě úplně rozdílné chutě. Porovnal jsem: papírový filtr v AeroPressu titanový filtr od Keith Titanium Papír přinesl čistý, svěží a výrazně ovocný šálek. Titanový filtr naopak propustil více kávových olejů, díky čemuž byla káva plnější, hutnější a chuťově se lehce přiblížila espressu. Obě varianty chutnaly výborně, ale pokud bych si měl vybrat vítěze pro sebe, tentokrát u mě vyhrál titan. 🔥 Cestou na místo jsem navíc pozoroval, jak se příroda po zimě znovu probouzí k životu. A přesně tyhle chvíle mám venku nejraději. 🌿🐾 🐝 🇬🇧 Today I headed into the forest to test another of the “bird” coffees from BirdSong Coffee – India Gundikhan. ☕🌲🪶 The flavor profile offers mandarin compote, black tea, and clove notes. The coffee is washed processed and primarily intended for filter brewing. Coffee from India is often a bit overlooked, but this one definitely deserves more attention in my opinion. It’s a truly great coffee with a very interesting character. This time, I decided to do a small experiment. Same coffee, same amount of water, same temperature, same ratio… yet two completely different cups. I compared: a paper filter in the AeroPress a titanium filter from Keith Titanium The paper filter produced a clean, bright, and fruity cup. The titanium filter, on the other hand, allowed more coffee oils through, giving the coffee a fuller body, richer texture, and a flavor profile that moved slightly closer to espresso. Both cups tasted excellent, but if I had to choose a personal winner this time, the titanium filter came out on top for me. 🔥 On the way to my brewing spot, I also spent some time watching wildlife and noticing how beautifully nature is coming back to life after winter. Those are exactly the moments I enjoy the most outdoors. 🌿🐾🐝
