5 Minute Peanut Butter Cookies – 3 Ingredients

Three ingredients. One bowl. Zero excuses. 🍪 These peanut butter cookies are ridiculously easy to make and somehow taste like they took way more effort than they did. No flour. No butter. Just stir, bake, and try not to eat the whole batch before they've cooled. 🥜 Ingredients 1 cup peanut butter 1 cup sugar 1 egg 👨‍🍳 Instructions Preheat your oven to 180°C (355°F). Mix the peanut butter, sugar, and egg in a bowl until combined. Spoon the dough onto a lined baking sheet. Press each cookie with a fork in one direction, then again in the opposite direction to create the classic crisscross pattern. Bake for 10 minutes. Let cool for a few minutes... if you can wait.
