World Cup Snack - Brazil Has a Peanut Candy Better Than Reese's?! 🇧🇷

Brazil has a peanut candy that might ruin Reese’s for you. 🇧🇷🥜 This is paçoca — a quick Brazilian peanut candy made with just peanuts, sugar, vanilla, and salt. It’s nutty, salty, sweet, dense, crumbly, and dangerously good. Perfect for a World Cup party, a Brazilian-inspired snack, or just eating alone like a peanut goblin. Ingredients: 500 g roasted salted peanuts 180 g sugar 1 tbsp vanilla extract A few pinches of sea salt Directions: Add peanuts to a food processor. Pulse 20–30 times until it looks like Rio de Janeiro beach sand. Add sugar and pulse 5–8 times to combine. Add vanilla extract and sea salt. Pulse until the mixture holds together when pressed. Pour into a sturdy mold, like a mini springform pan. Tamp down very hard, compressing in layers. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set. Slice, serve, and enjoy. This is dense, rich, salty-sweet peanut magic with warm vanilla flavor. Warning: peanut lovers only.
