Sunset Flight Practicing Maneuvers, Emergency Procedures, and Landings

In this video we practice Power off stalls, power on stalls, steep turns, emergency procedures, and landings. Please like, subscribe, and comment with any tips or questions! @TarzanIstann Power-off stalls simulate the landing phase by inducing a stall with the throttle at idle and landing configuration (flaps and gear down), requiring prompt recovery by lowering the nose to reduce the angle of attack and adding power. Power-on stalls simulate takeoff or climb scenarios by exceeding the critical angle of attack with high power (at least 65%) and a clean or takeoff configuration, demanding immediate pitch reduction and full power application to recover. Steep turns are maneuvering exercises typically involving banks of 45° or more, used to develop coordination and precision in maintaining altitude and heading under increased load factor. Touch-and-Go is a specific training maneuver where the aircraft lands on the runway and immediately takes off again without coming to a full stop or exiting the runway. Upon touchdown, the pilot smoothly applies full power, retracts flaps to the takeoff setting, adjusts trim, and accelerates for rotation while maintaining directional control. This procedure allows pilots to practice multiple approach and landing cycles efficiently in a single flight session, maximizing airborne training time. Landings refer to the phase of flight where an aircraft transitions from flight to ground contact, typically involving a stabilized approach, flare, touchdown, and rollout. In flight training, landings are practiced repeatedly to master airspeed control, alignment, and flare timing. #flying #aviation #fly #plane #learningtofly #flying #flight #stalls #takeoff #takeoffandlanding #steep #turns #touchandgo #landing #taxi #runway #rudder #challengeyourself
