촉촉한 시트와 달콤한 생크림 한국인 누구나 좋아하는 롤케이크 커피향 가득 담아 모카롤을 만들어보았어요 가루커피는 설탕이 들어가지 않은 것을 사용했고 입자가 고울수록 녹이기가 좋아요. 롤케이크 시트 윗면을 정리할때 너무 오랜 시간이 걸린다면 기포가 없어져 롤케이크 식감이 나빠질 수 있으니 유의해주세요 시트가 미지근할때 마는 작업을 시작하세요.
