Lana's Kitchen Secret Ingredient Apple Juice Oat Bran Muffins (Walnuts Optional) 🍎Recipe🍎 Preheat oven to 400 degrees Mix dry ingredients in a bowl 1 cup organic whole grain oat bran 1 cup all purpose flour 1 1/2 tsps baking powder 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 cup brown sugar 1 1/2 tsps cinnamon Mix wet ingredients in a bowl 2 eggs 1/2 cup melted butter 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 cup apple juice (secret ingredient) Then add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix well Finally add 1 large apple cut up Now add walnuts (optional) Put mixture into muffin tin Bake for 20 minutes Makes 12 muffins
