Luca Marcolin discusses family businesses and the challenge of combining harmony and results. He'll share what he's learned from entrepreneurial families that can be useful for our own family experiences and businesses. Luca Marcolin is a counselor, coach, and neuro-linguistic programming trainer. After graduating in Business Administration, he worked in human resources, organization, and management control for large companies. He then developed his own consulting firm, The Family Business Unit, and has increasingly focused on family businesses, supporting entrepreneurs and management in their growth. He lectures on management and family business at the University of Padua and the CUOA Business School.
