I Made a Wooden Spatula in Under an Hour… Then Dropped It Right After Oiling!
I set out to make a simple wooden spatula in under an hour — something to replace the plastic utensils in our kitchen and bring a little more intention to the things we use every day. The build went smoothly… until the very end when I dropped it right after oiling it and chipped the corner. Not ideal, but it’s part of the process — and it’s still a tool we’ll use every day. This is Day 3 of our 7-day homestead video challenge — we’re sharing the real story, wins and all, as we learn to build a simpler, self-sufficient life from the ground up. 👉 Subscribe to follow along — mistakes included. #diykitchen #woodworking #homesteadlife #wildgemacht #plasticfree
