Wearing Lace Wigs Over Locs Is PROBLEMATIC.. here’s why!

This video is not intended to shame anyone for how they choose to wear their hair because I understand people are allowed to express themselves in different ways and these points don’t necessarily have to be true for everyone who happens to wear wigs over their locs, I simply want to have a conversation about why majority of women feel like they upgraded themselves because they have on a lace wig instead of fully embracing their natural hair and natural selves. Locs are a symbol of embracing the natural when it comes to hair so it’s just a tad heartbreaking seeing and knowing women don’t feel as beautiful with their hair as they would feel with someone else’s.
