Episode 4 of a series I started in 2025 featuring an itinerary for every day of the week in Lancaster County Amish Country in Pennsylvania. I decided to keep it simple and sweet and stay in Bird-in-Hand all day because there is everything you need for a full fun and tasty day. During peak season, the Bird-in-Hand Farmers' Market is open on Wednesdays (but not Mondays or Tuesdays and in the winter even less days available). Also, the Bird-in-Hand Stage is offered on Wednesdays as well. Just a fun day to spend in this very sweet town.
