Walk-Around Tour of Lancaster Central Market - the oldest running public farmer's market in USA!

#lancasterpa My first time here but really enjoyed it. Need to go back! I would highly recommend coming here for lunch! Open on Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays all year from 6 or 7AM - 3PM. They are closed for Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day. Address is 23 North Market Street, Lancaster City, PA (in downtown Lancaster). There are 2 accessible-friendly entrances at doors 1 and 2, on the southeast corner of the Market House. There most popular stands are S. Clyde Weaver's Meats, Barr's Produce, Pretzels on Market, Kom Essa and Central Market Juice. These have been around for 20+ years: Weaver's, Groff's, Shenk's, Long's and The Goodie Shoppe. The longest running stands are Stoner's Homegrown Vegetables - more than 100 years; Thomas produce - more than 80; and Long's - more than 60!
